Our Certified Organic grain harvest has started this week. Crop yields have been severely affected by the dry Spring this year, contributing to the ongoing shortage of Organic grain produced in Australia.  Studies show there is a current 40% difference in the supply and demand of certified organic grain in Australia.

Justin, Rita and Jacinta from Kinmana Organics attended the NASSA National Certified Organic Industry Seminar in Canberra last week. This highlighted for us the importance of teaching the next generation about "sustainability" and being prepared to meet the supply demands of the fast growing sector of "Certified Organic Food Production"

Looking forward to seeing you again soon.
