    Half the year gone already?  Justin and the farm hands have been working around the clock for some weeks now to take advantage of the right conditions for planting this year.  A dry start presented a great opportunity to minimize weed growth in the crop.

    Did you know?? Justin and his team have been working with a European company to develop our new inter-row cultivator system. This is a tractor hoeing system to minimize weed growth between the rows of crop.  This is new technology for broad-acre organic farming. Our 72ft (22m) wide cultivator first plants the crop, and then specialized camera and GPS technology is applied to mechanically hoe/weed between the plants.
